You'll lead a team responsible for embroidery, heat transfers, patches, and other garment customization services while maintaining the quality standards Big Ray's is known for. From coordinating production schedules and managing inventory to troubleshooting challenges and improving processes, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional products and customer experiences.
