Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Responsible for monitoring, updating, and managing Google reviews to maintain a positive online reputation and ensure timely responses to customer feedback.
- Work closely with stores to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Skills & Competencies:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
