Job Title: Processing Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Operations Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Processing Customer Service Representative will be part of a dynamic team environment and will be responsible for reviewing consumer applications, processing consumer loans and payments and responding to customer inquiries via electronic communications.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
BPL is an on-line lending company that has been providing on-line lending solutions to consumers since 2015.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Computer literate, i.e. familiarity with Microsoft Office Products, saving and accessing Internet, using email and other electronic communications systems.
- Must be able to produce in a fast paced, demanding environment.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior customer service experience.
- Detail oriented individual with the ability to problem solve and multi-task.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a strong desire to make a difference.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones/emails and respond to customer requests.
- Process new loan applications and verify application information.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
- All other duties as assigned.
NOTE:
- Opportunity to grow and advance to other levels of processing based on performance review.
