Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to follow exact instructions.
- Ability to work as a team and have good communication skills.

- Reliability
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing for 8 hours.
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- ServeSafe Food Handler Certificate (or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment).
- Eligibility to legally work in the United States.
- Bakery experience is a plus.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Must maintain Good Housekeeping Practices.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
- Perform all sanitation responsibilities and train others as needed.
- Responsible for performing daily, weekly, and periodic sanitation duties and tasks.
- Sanitize and clean all machinery/equipment as needed.
- Operate machinery/equipment as needed.
- Assist in the overall baking of cookies.
- Be able to perform all baking duties and train others as needed.
- Assist in the overall packing of cookies.
- Be able to perform all packaging duties and train others as needed.
- Responsible for performing quality checks on finished product bags.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management (may including but not limited to making boxes, sticker bags, washing dishes, housekeeping).
- Be able to work with other production personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Must act safely all the time and immediately report all unsafe conditions, accidents, and near misses to Lead Packer, Lead Baker, or Manager.
- Responsible for notifying equipment problems to leads or manager.
- Employee must perform any and all other duties that may be assigned by their lead, supervisor, and/or manager (may include but not limited to aligning cookies, packing, cleaning, break relief, etc.).
- Employee must ensure they are protecting the product quality and consumer safety. Employee must report all quality issues immediately to your lead and/or manager.
- Must support teamwork, be a team player, ability to adapt to changing demands, and must be a self-starter.
