You will play a key role in guiding customers through tire and service recommendations, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from check-in to service completion
- Recommend and sell tires, maintenance services, and repairs based on customer needs
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and warranties
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding service recommendations
- Assist with inventory, showroom organization, and store appearance
