The Powersports Sales Manager is responsible for driving unit sales, maximizing front-end gross profit, and leading the sales team to consistently exceed dealership goals. This role oversees all showroom sales activity, including deal structuring, CRM accountability, inventory positioning, and customer experience.

Sales Performance & Leadership
- Lead and manage all Ride Specialists / Sales Associates
- Drive monthly unit sales targets and gross profit objectives
- Desk deals and ensure profitable deal structures
- Maintain control of pricing strategy and margin integrity
- Monitor and enforce daily sales activity and follow-up
CRM & Lead Management
- Oversee CRM (DP360) to ensure:
- immediate lead response
- proper follow-up cadence
- appointment setting and show rates
- Hold team accountable for pipeline management and conversion
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a high-energy, professional buying experience
- Step in to TO customers, overcome objections, and close deals
- Maintain dealership reputation for:
- transparency
- speed
- customer satisfaction
Inventory & Merchandising
- Collaborate with leadership to:
- stock the right units
- maintain inventory turn
- Ensure showroom and lot are:
- clean
- organized
- sales-ready
Team Development & Training
- Train and coach sales staff on:
- product knowledge
- objection handling
- closing techniques
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews
- Build a competitive, high-performance sales culture
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Responsible for driving and tracking:
- Total units sold (monthly)
- Gross profit per unit
- Finance & warranty penetration
- Appointment set / show / close ratios
- Lead response time

- Base Salary: Competitive (DOE)
- Commission: Based on front-end gross and finance performance
- Volume Bonuses: Based on monthly unit sales

Required
- 2 years of powersports, automotive, or high-volume retail sales experience
- Proven ability to:
- close deals
- manage gross profit
