Responsibilities

- Take and serve orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and presentation
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and setup for service or events
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists to optimize guest flow during busy hours
- Support catering and banquet operations by setting up tables, serving food, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and dietary guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests
Experience
- Prior experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive, proactive attitude
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or banquet settings enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential
- Barista experience or background in hospitality can be advantageous for providing exceptional guest interactions
