If you're passionate about finance, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love building relationships, this is your chance to grow with a forward-thinking company!What You'll DoAs a Financial Processing and Executive Support Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact, scheduling consultations and nurturing leads to help businesses unlock their potential. As the role expands, you'll transition into assisting with R&D tax credit processing, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:Scheduling and managing calendars for client consultations and executive meetings.Responding to client inquiries via email and following up on key milestones in their journey.Drafting professional correspondence in our project management platform (requires strong writing skills).Handling invoicing, payments, and IRS communication follow-ups with precision.Qualifying leads and setting appointments to connect businesses with our R&D tax credit experts.Assisting in R&D tax credit processing tasks, such as document review, data entry, and compliance checks, as you grow into the role.Maintaining impeccable attention to detail in all interactions and processes.We use tools like Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, Toggl, Go High Level, Canva, ShareFile, Dropbox, and Asana to keep things efficient and collaborative.Who We're Looking ForThe ideal candidates are eager learners with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a foundation of reliability and honesty. Bonus points if you have:Interest in the business/finance industry, especially R&D tax credits, and a passion for personal development.Experience in appointment setting, sales support, or administrative roles (entry-level welcome with the right attitude!).Above-average writing abilities for clear, professional client communications.Comfort with remote work and tech-savvy enough to pick up our tools quickly.This is a fully remote 1099 contractor position, starting at around 20 hours per week with plenty of room to expand as our business grows. Must be based in the US. We prefer availability for about 4 hours daily, Monday-Friday, between 10 AM and 5 PM Mountain Time.
