What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Manager/Dispatcher position at Big Level Trucking?
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with computer software (McLeod software is a plus, but not required);
Must be able to multi-task;
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Must have very good communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with a strong team to meet the needs of the Company, and the drivers.
- Assume responsibility for compliance with all regulations, laws, policies and procedures applicable to the industry's guidelines.
- Working with driver's and customers in a professional manner;
- Dispenses advice, guidance, direction and authorization to carry out the needs of the Company, driver, and the customer;
- Comply with company established policies and procedures;'
