What You’ll Do
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to turnover
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet project milestones
- Enforce safety, quality, and schedule standards in accordance with company and project requirements
- Manage daily reports, schedules, and progress updates for the project team
- Resolve field conflicts quickly and effectively to maintain workflow and budget alignment
- Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role for multifamily or large-scale residential construction
- Proven track record of delivering ground-up podium or high-density projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration
