As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards for safety and tunnel wash procedures. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers around the site.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS or similar systems.
- Preparing and sending cars in a safely/proficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety and tunnel wash guidelines.
- Assist in lot attend duties, cleaning, stocking supplies and and wiping down cars.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and sales processes is beneficial.
- Knowledge of wash safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
