We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in the carwash industry. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards for safety and tunnel wash procedures. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers around the site.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS or similar systems.
• Preparing and sending cars in a safely/proficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety and tunnel wash guidelines.
• Assist in lot attend duties, cleaning, stocking supplies and and wiping down cars.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.
