Residential Advisors are responsible for providing supports and services to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the areas of home, work, social, leisure and daily living activities. Duties include providing/assisting with personal hygiene support, transportation, supervision and training, record keeping and light household cleaning. We provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training and development for our employees so the best quality services are provided to our clients to achieve our mission of promoting independence, productivity, integration and inclusion into the community for the adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities we support.
