We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician with sealed system experience who is a highly motiviated self starter to join our growing West Michigan team.

No On-Call

We value your personal time.

• Monday-Friday business hours
• No evening on-call rotation
• Very limited Saturday work

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances in customers' homes
• Troubleshoot sealed refrigeration systems
• Replace compressors, evaporators, condensers, and other refrigeration components
• Locate and repair refrigerant leaks
• Perform accurate electrical and refrigeration diagnostics
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Complete service documentation electronically

Preferred Experience

We're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:

• Appliance Repair
• Sealed System Repair
• Refrigeration
• Commercial Refrigeration
• HVAC Service
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Mechanical Repair

Experience servicing premium brands is a plus, including:

• Sub-Zero
• Wolf
• Cove
• Bosch
• Viking
• Liebherr
• Miele
• Fisher & Paykel
• LG
• ASKO

Factory certification is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical repair experience preferred
• Proven sealed system repair experience
• EPA Refrigerant Certification (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Own basic hand tools
• Off-street parking for company vehicle
