What You'll Earn

• $1,200–$1,500 weekly average
• $0.51 per mile
• $650/week training pay (4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months experience)
• $15 per stop
• Monthly performance bonus
• Full benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental, 401(k), PTO)

The Job

• Western 11-state regional lanes
• 100% no-touch refrigerated freight
• 1,900–2,100 miles per week
• Bi-weekly home time with 34-hour reset
• Flexible day or night driving
• OTR training included for new drivers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, age 21
• Graduate of accredited CDL training program (minimum 120 hours)
• Driving record meets company safety standards (no major violations in last 5 years)
• Background and criminal history must meet company hiring standards
• No termination from previous employer
Consistent 10-year work history (employment gaps 6 months in last year or
• 1 year in last 3 years)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English per DOT regulations
• Must live within 50 miles from: Portland, OR, Sumner, WA, LAX, Lathrop, CA, LV, NV, West Valley, UT
