Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Production/Distribution/Facility Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the production and smooth flow of inventory. Depending on candidate availability, this energetic position involves assisting in the brewing process, handling inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting the distribution process via sales and/or delivery responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Want to learn to brew, then this is for you. Be prepared to lift heavy bags of malt, to move large barrels of spent grain, and to spend a lot of time cleaning.
- You may also be responsible for making beer deliveries - loading up the truck with all the kegs (or cases) for the day and lugging them up and down narrow flights of stairs to bars and restaurants.
- How about sales? You'll need to have a welcoming personality and a knowledge of our brews so you can also sell our delicious product to local bars/restaurants.
- Finally, you've got to be able to help out wherever else you're needed - promotional events, yard work, taproom cleaning, you name it.
- This job requires standing for the entire shift, consistent/regular availability, and the ability to lift up to a half keg (160 pounds).
Experience
- Previous experience working in a brewery is preferred
- Sales or delivery experiences is also a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail to maintain precise inventory records and documentation

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
