We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Tajima embroidery machines, ensuring proper threading, tension, and calibration for each project
- Read and interpret design files and specifications accurately before starting production
- Monitor machine operation throughout the embroidery process, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards in production
- Conduct dimensional measurements and quality checks on finished embroidered items to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Handle materials carefully, including fabric, upholstery, and garment components, ensuring proper placement and alignment during embroidery
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and handling equipment responsibly
- Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime
Skills
- Proficiency with Tajima embroidery machines, and sewing techniques
- Familiarity with quality standards in production to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Experience with materials handling, warehouse procedures, and inventory management in manufacturing settings
- Awareness of safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
