Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional office or administrative experience
- Associates degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- Insurance industry knowledge or customer service background a plus, but not required
- Ability to complete insurance pre-licensing coursework and obtain appropriate license
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively
- Open to candidates beginning their careers or reentering the workforce
Responsibilities
- Assist members with underwriting, submissions, servicing, and policy issuance in accordance with established procedures.
- Review insurance applications, correspondence, and transactions for accuracy, ensuring timely and precise data entry into our systems.
- Provide responsive, friendly, and professional service to build and maintain strong member relationships.
- Educate members on available insurance programs and guide them in effectively using our systems and resources.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborative discussions to stay connected and contribute to a supportive, engaged remote culture.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude, supporting both individual and team goals in a dynamic work environment.
