Position Summary
Big House Cultivation is seeking a motivated and passionate Cannabis Cultivation Technician to join our team. This role is involved in every stage of the cannabis production process, from taking clones through harvest, trimming, packaging, and quality control.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves cannabis cultivation, enjoys working with plants, and is excited to learn. You'll have the opportunity to gain experience across all aspects of cannabis production, including:
- Cloning and propagation
- Irrigation and nutrient management
- Plant training and canopy management
- Integrated pest management
- Harvesting, drying, and curing
- Trimming and post-harvest processing
- Packaging and inventory management
- Quality assurance and compliance
Pay will be based on past job experience in the industry but past work with cannabis is not required. We encourage anyone with a passion for growing clean, high quality cannabis to apply. A criminal background check is required and employment is contingent on the ability to obtain an employee card from the Cannabis Control Board.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
