What You'll Do
As our Night Auditor, you'll help ensure smooth overnight operations while providing a welcoming and professional experience for our guests.
- Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight hours, including late check-ins and early check-outs
- Answer guest questions and address concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate front desk records
- Follow company policies and hotel procedures
- Monitor the property and help maintain a safe and secure environment overnight
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Schedule
- Part-time: 2 days per week
- 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Overnight shifts
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel, front desk, night audit, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling basic financial transactions and reports
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic
Hotel experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
