- Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
- Preferred experience in similar kitchen settings with food service certifications

Performance Responsibilities:
- Use all kitchen equipment in a safe, proper and efficient manner.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Prepare food according to a planned menu and tested, uniform recipes.
- Participate in the daily cleaning of the kitchen and all building areas associated with the kitchen, all kitchen equipment, and the washing and sterilizing of all dishes, silverware, and utensils.
- Follows district policies and procedures.
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent.
