PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Function under the direction of the Head Cook
- Complete yearly training requirements - Professional Development and Civil Rights
- Report to work on time, properly dressed, and clean.
- Maintain a positive attitude in your work environment.
- Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintaining temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required; and maintaining appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, dishes, and workplaces.
- Produce a friendly environment among the students and treat all students fair.
