What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Big Guy Landscape LLC?
As the first point of contact, the primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming phone calls, addresses requests and, if needed, directs to proper person.
- Greets all visitors in a friendly manner.
- Maintains customer information in CRM software.
- Schedules appointments for sales meetings.
- Schedules seasonal irrigation services.
- Performs general office duties such as emailing, scanning, copying, faxing, filing, organizing, ordering office supplies.
- Assists with marketing projects (mailings, emailing).
- Provides support to manager, assistant manager and sales team.
Schedule:
Three days per week, ideally Monday (required), Wednesday and Friday. 8am-4pm
Compensation:
- Hourly pay rate based on experience.
- Up to 6 paid holidays.
- EST (Earned Sick Time)
- Health and dental available after 60 days if working 32hrs or more per week.
- 401k with company match available after 1 year.
- Paid vacation time and personal time available to those working 40hrs per week, year-round.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
