Primary Function
This position is responsible for administration department assigned tasks including but not limited to accounts receivable, customer billing and auto-rating.
Description
- Maintains, processes, reviews, and compiles a variety of confidential and sensitive electronic and hard copy reports, records, statistics, timelines, tables, and correspondence, which requires tact and discretion in handling
- Provides data and information requiring some explanation or interpretation
- Assists with front desk coverage in the absence of the receptionist.
- Primary contacts are within the department with regular contact with management and representatives of outside organizations
- Regular attendance is required to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Other duties may be assigned

- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to identify issues and solve routine problems
- Full knowledge of computer operations and applications
- Friendly, polite, and possesses emotional intelligence
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- AS400/Innovative transportation software experience
- Knowledge of the transportation industry
Education Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a field related to the specialized functional area.
