Job Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Design and Production Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and attention to timely production.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and respond to email and voicemail as quickly as possible
- Ensure 5 star customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and excellent service
- Review previous day's orders to prioritize printing
- Help out with printing production
- Merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Help customers finalize their design
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- You are excellent at being articulate in emails. IF NOT PLEASE DON'T APPLY. We email a lot!
- You have worked in a retail environment for at least one year.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of printing techniques and materials is a plus
- Embroidery experience is a plus
- Experience w/ Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus

- If you have been a key holder (open/close) for a small business, you get extra points!
Additional Responsibilities:
- Timely opening and closing procedures
- Solve production hold-ups in professional manner and communicate with customers
- Review orders “in the pipeline” and send follow-ups when appropriate
- Receive, put away and perform monthly inventory counts
Job Type: Part-time pay starts at $19.00 per hour with bonuses available based on store sales goals. Expected schedule: up to 20 hours per week
Benefits: Offer Dental and Vision plans, 401K after first 90 days, additional 4% employer contribution after one year.
- We are open Monday through Friday from 9am - 6pm and Saturday from 9am - 1pm.
