What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Big Fish?
We’re looking for energetic, hardworking, team-oriented Bussers to help keep the Big Fish experience running smoothly. Bussers play a key role in supporting our servers, keeping tables clean and ready, and making sure our guests have an amazing experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers with food and beverage service
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Refill water and assist with guest needs when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and surrounding areas
- Help with opening, closing, and side-work duties
- Work closely with servers, food runners, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
