Job Summary:
We are looking for a calm and professional Traffic Officer to manage the parking lot of our mall. This role requires a keen focus on maintaining smooth traffic flow and ensuring pedestrian safety to enhance the shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control traffic in the mall parking lot to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist pedestrians in safely navigating crosswalks and parking areas.
- Enforce mall parking regulations and report any violations.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential issues and assist customers.
- Maintain a calm demeanor and handle situations professionally.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must speak a good english
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security or traffic management is a plus.
- Security guard license
