Entry Level Client Sales Representative Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry Level Client Sales Representative, located in the New Orleans area. The Client Sales Representative will be responsible for overseeing daily in-person sales activities and providing an exceptional customer experience. Once proficient in our sales systems, our Client Reps will manage a team of entry-level sales associates, They will be instrumental in developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Client Rep will also be involved in training programs and participate in leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven team and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality is a plus
