Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norwalk, CT for a Senior Environmental Scientist. The role involves overseeing and conducting fieldwork, environmental consulting, and conducting environmental site assessments. Additional responsibilities include managing Junior staff, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Work conducting soil and groundwater investigations
- Expertise in Environmental Science and Environmental Site Assessments
- Experience in Environmental Consulting and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field
- Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Certifications in related environmental disciplines are a plus
