Night Clerk - 24/7 Transportation Operation

Big E Transportation is looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Night Clerk to support our overnight operations. This role is essential to ensuring the success of our 24/7 logistics environment and keeping our drivers and customers running smoothly—even while the rest of the world sleeps. Works only half the days of the year for the second largest LTL carrier in the nation, with fantastic benefits.

Schedule:

6:30PM EST - 12 hour shift (Full-time, Night Shift) Flexibility is a plus.

Every other Saturday night, and every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday night.

$17.00/hour

Task including but not limited to:

• Reviewing and distributing driver paperwork
• Tracking driver arrivals, locations, and delivery progress
• Sending prompt delivery updates and responding to inquiries
• Keeping accurate records and logs
• Communicating with management, customer operations, and drivers
• Managing email correspondence with customer
