RBT - Part-Time Opportunity with Big Dreamers ABA

Job Summary:

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children on the autism spectrum. As an RBT with Big Dreamers ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families. Responsibilities:

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Implement individualized behavior plans and programs to support clients in achieving their goals
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
• Participate in training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Completed a Registered Behavior Technician training program and passed the RBT certification exam
• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
• $25 - $30 SEMI_MONTHLY competitive salary
  
  
  

Part-Time Schedule:

• PART_TIME schedule with flexible hours and weekends as needed
