Big Deal Outlet Pocatello is looking for a dependable, fast-paced, hard worker to fill the position of Stocker. This is a part time position with 15-30 hours per week. Your schedule availability will be from 6am - 12pm or 6 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Main Responsibilities

1. Stock Shelves
2. Unload Freight Trucks
3. Create Price Labels
4. Create Displays
5. Maintain Store Cleanliness

Stocking Shelves

• Fill shelves with new product
• Organize the product on shelves so all label and titles are facing the customer
• Continually rotate merchandise to keep product fresh

Unload Freight Truck

• Use electric pallet jack to unload full pallets from the truck
• Unload frozen merchandise in a timely manner to insure the product remains cold. 
• Check manifest to verify that all pallets have been received correctly.

Price Labels

• Add price labels to each product
• Become proficient at determining when to use Case lot labels vs. single prices 
• Labels need to be in label holders

Displays

• Fill or move pallet displays when inventory is too low.
• Straighten and organize product on shelves
• Open and display product on  all pallet displays
• Create the proper signage for product on pallet displays. 

Warehouse/Stockroom

• Keep it organized to help find product
• Sweep the floors

Cleanliness of Store

• Pick up any garbage or empty boxes from the sales floor.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic computer knowledge and math skills
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Proven history of honesty and integrity
Able to work independently with little instruction
Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness
High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility
Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
Excellent communication and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organization skills
