What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician position at Big Deal Electric LLC?
Big Deal Electric is a family owned and operated company. We are growing fast and need a good team to keep things going in that direction. We are looking for skilled electricians who are comfortable in the trade but are willing to learn new skills as well. Our primary focus is on the electrical installation of new construction pools. However, we also work commercial projects as well and this is where our need is currently. We are looking for an electrician that can perform service calls for large companies with multiple locations. We need a dependable team member that can identify problems and create solutions. There will be opportunities to learn and work the pool electrical side as well and start up commercial projects too, but maintenance is the priority.
Responsibilities:
- Install and modify electrical machinery, equipment, and circuitry
- Diagnose cause of electrical or machine malfunctions
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to solve developmental problems
- Ensure all electrical components adhere to standards
Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
- Familiarity with electrical schematics
- Excellent root cause analysis skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Minimum Qualifications:
- Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation and ability to commute to various job sites in the greater Atlanta area
- Work Ethic & Dependability
- Ability to perform laborious tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
