The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the Operating Partner and General Manager. Tasks include ensuring operations run smoothly in a clean, safe, and friendly environment while keeping up with the fast-paced demands of the site. From leading by example to assisting with day-to-day operations, the Assistant Manager helps create a positive atmosphere where both team members and customers feel valued. This includes spending time at the pay station greeting customers and actively selling memberships to single-wash customers.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- 3 years experience in supervisory roles such as shift lead, team lead, or crew trainer.
