About the Role - The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily accounting operations of the company. This role ensures financial accuracy, compliance with regulations, and the efficiency of financial reporting processes. The Accounting Manager manage financial statements, and support leadership with budgeting and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s financial reporting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of financial records, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial projections, and variance analysis.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, internal policies, and financial reporting requirements.
- Support external audits and regulatory reporting.
- Identify and implement best practices for financial efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain and improve accounting systems, software, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
