We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join the team at Big Daddy's Burgers. In this role, you will be part of a crew delivering bold, made-to-order burgers and fries— every item crafted fresh for the guest. You will be responsible for cooking to order, and keeping a clean, organized kitchen. Duties
- Cook meals as ordered — all food is made fresh for each customer, not ahead of time
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cook line and kitchen area
- Collaborate with Counter Service staff to ensure timely, accurate food preparation
- Handle customer needs through the Counter team and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in an open kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service restaurant or similar food service environment preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with all team members
- Ability to take direction and follow recipes; training will be provided
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role
