Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of server and bar staff activities, including shift management, training, and performance development
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Manage bar operations, including inventory control, drink mixing, and maintaining a vibrant bar atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies
- Train staff on customer service excellence, food handling, and safety protocols to enhance overall guest experience
- Monitor restaurant flow during busy hours, optimize seating arrangements, and ensure quick service delivery in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management, including supervising teams in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and transaction processing
- Demonstrated skills in inventory control, food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Experience with staff training, interviewing, and developing team members for success
- Background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence and team leadership
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and culinary experience preferred
- Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable; culinary or catering background is a plus
