Big-D Construction has an opportunity for a Foreman/Lead Carpenter. to join their team of commercial construction professionals in Tempe, AZ.
This role is a hands‑on field leader responsible for performing and leading miscellaneous carpentry work across active job sites. The foreman is expected to self‑perform work while coordinating a small crew as needed, adapting daily to jobsite priorities and project conditions.
Ideal candidates are versatile carpenters with strong leadership instincts who can execute a wide range of scopes, including safety protection, doors/frames/hardware, blocking, punch list, light demo, and general jobsite support, while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity and coordinating closely with the Superintendent.
