Training/Requirements
- 10 years field leadership experience
- Management of large, complex construction sites
- Mission critical or data center projects preferred
- Campus-scale programs preferred
- Phased turnover experience preferred
- Leads overall field execution
- Reviews SOPs and MOPs for constructability and sequencing
- Lead and manage the construction team on-site to ensure project goals are met
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure all work is performed according to standards
- Manage MEP systems installation and inspections
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise
