Outside Services – Golf Operations
Big Creek Country Club | Mountain Home, AR
Big Creek Country Club is seeking dependable, hardworking, and friendly individuals to join our Outside Services team. This position plays an important role in creating a great experience for our members and guests from the moment they arrive at the club until they leave.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and working in a golf course environment. Golf knowledge is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags
- Stage, clean, wash, and maintain the golf cart fleet
- Keep the cart barn, staging areas, and surrounding areas clean and organized
- Pick and clean the driving range and maintain the range area
- Prepare golf carts and outside areas for daily play, tournaments, and special events
- Assist with tournament setup and other golf operations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness around the clubhouse and golf operation
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties
- Assist the Golf Shop staff with daily operational needs
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
- Ability to be on your feet and work outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags and other equipment
- Ability to safely operate golf carts and other approved equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Previous golf course or customer service experience is a plus but not required
