Full Job Description:
Big Country Powersports is looking for full-time Marketing Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone that has previous marketing experience, dependable, client service-oriented, with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
At Big Country Powersports, we reward individuals who are ready to work hard and stay motivated.
We offer a 5-day work week, occasional Saturdays with events.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Associate is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities
Marketing Associate Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly
- Gather data on campaign success, often through audience feedback
- Help plan events, projects, and campaigns
- Edit and Publish weekly/monthly newsletter
- Analyze consumer behavior (e.g., web traffic and rankings)
- Manage or Direct social media messaging
- Manage or Direct web site postings
- Oversee the design and graphics of marketing materials
- Review market data to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
- Create detailed and visually appealing graphs and present them to business decision makers
- Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately reports all accidents to senior management
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Marketing Associate Qualifications
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communications skills are important in this role
- Creativity: Creativity allows the Marketing Associate to create visually appealing images and marketing materials
- Analytical: Marketing Associates are often involved in the research and reporting of marketing campaign results. Analytical skills are used when compiling data and presenting it in an easy-to-understand method
- Project management: Marketing Associates are often involved with multiple projects at one time. The ability to organize details and complete projects in a timely manner is crucial in this position
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Experience in marketing preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Driver’s license with clean record
