Job Summary
Project Coordinator β Remodeling & New Construction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring seamless communication, efficient project execution, and timely delivery across multiple construction projects. Your expertise in project scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction management software will drive project success from inception through completion. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities from pre-construction through closeout
- Assist Project Managers with scheduling, sequencing, and daily task tracking
- Prepare and distribute project documentation (contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals)
- Track allowances, selections, and client decisions to ensure timely procurement
- Maintain accurate project files, job logs, and records in company systems
- Communicate with subcontractors to confirm schedules, scopes, and site readiness
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and material lead times
- Monitor project timelines and flag potential delays or conflicts early
- Assist with budgeting tasks, including tracking invoices, purchase orders, and change orders
- Support client communication regarding schedules, selections, and general project updates
- Coordinate punch lists and closeout documentation at project completion
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards
- Provide administrative and logistical support to field staff as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in construction, remodeling, or project coordination preferred
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes and sequencing
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with construction software, spreadsheets, and email systems
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience in residential remodeling or custom home construction
- Familiarity with estimating, allowances, and change order processes
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Knowledge of local permitting and inspection processes
Pay: $50, $65,487.62 per year
