Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide support to students in various educational tasks
- Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Support students in their learning journey and provide individualized attention as needed
## Experience
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in a classroom setting, is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive educational approaches is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, teachers, and parents
- Experience in literacy education and promoting reading skills among students
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
