Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Pizza
Duties
- Prepare and assemble pizza orders according to customer specifications and restaurant standards
- Operate POS systems including Aloha and Micros for order entry, payments, and sales processing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, dough handling, and baking
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items
- Manage cash handling accurately during transactions
- Follow all safety protocols including proper sanitation practices and food safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant service preferred; experience in quick service or fast food environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in the food industry, café, retail, or grocery store settings is beneficial but not mandatory
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or supplies
