BIG CEDAR CONSTRUCTION GROUP is seeking a sharp, highly organized Project Manager with proven experience in custom home building.
We build high-quality homes and expect excellence. If you can’t read plans fluently, perform accurate material take-offs, and run tight schedules — this isn’t the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage custom home projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret architectural plans with precision
- Complete material take-offs and control budgets
- Lead subcontractors and maintain production schedules
- Communicate clearly with clients and vendors
- Utilize Buildertrend (or similar software) to keep projects organized and on track
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years managing custom residential builds
- Strong plan reading and take-off skills
- High attention to detail and strong organization
- Professional communication skills
- Experience with Buildertrend preferred
