The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Performance Dietitian who wants more than just a traditional role—you want to build, create, and lead. This is an opportunity to plug into an already thriving performance ecosystem and develop a nutrition arm that directly impacts athlete performance, recovery, and long-term health.
You’ll work alongside physical therapists, strength coaches, and performance specialists to deliver a fully integrated approach to care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 nutrition coaching for athletes and clients
- Develop performance-based nutrition plans (fueling, recovery, body composition)
- Collaborate with PTs and coaches on integrated care plans
- Create systems, programs, and offerings (packages, classes, education)
- Lead workshops, team talks, and community education
- Track outcomes and continuously improve client results
Who You Are
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
- Passionate about sports performance, not just general nutrition
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you want to build and grow something
- Strong communicator who can connect with athletes and parents
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
- Bonus: experience working with athletes or in a performance setting
