This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mishawaka, IN for a Window Installation Crew member. Responsibilities include assisting in the installation of windows for residential and commercial projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Additional duties involve accurately measuring and cutting materials, unloading and organizing equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Proficiency in window installation techniques, including measuring, cutting, and fitting
- Understanding of safety protocols and experience handling tools and equipment safely
- Strong ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials and equipment
- Prior experience in construction or carpentry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation may be required
