Role Description The Jr Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. In this position, you will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to online inquiries, and guide prospective customers through the process of selecting and purchasing metal buildings. You will qualify leads, prepare basic quotes, update CRM records, and follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include learning product details, answering questions about features and pricing, coordinating with senior sales team members and operations, and ensuring customers receive timely information and support. You will also contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
