Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central MN is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to help connect volunteers with youth in meaningful, life-changing relationships. In this role, you’ll guide volunteers and families through the enrollment process, ensure child safety, and create strong matches that last—all while supporting a small caseload of matches to ensure quality relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to volunteers and families.
- Conduct interviews and assessments of volunteers and youth.
- Coordinate matches and support ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with a passionate team to strengthen our community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in social services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work some evenings.
- Passion for helping kids thrive!
