Big Brothers Big Sisters is seeking a passionate, results-driven Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts that fuel life-changing mentoring relationships for local youth.
You will:
路 Build and grow major gifts, corporate partnerships, and annual giving.
路 Oversee signature events
路 Cultivate donor relationships and steward community support.
路 Write grants and manage reporting.
You have:
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree required.
路 Minimum of 2 years of progressive fundraising and development experience, preferably in a
nonprofit setting.
路 Proven track record in major gift solicitation, corporate sponsorships, and event fundraising.
路 Strong grant writing and reporting skills.
路 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
路 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
路 Proficiency in donor database systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Donor Perfect, Salesforce) a plus.

Salary Range - $55,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
